Belltower Books is looking to hire four Regional Directors in August 2012
Regional Directors manage 25-40 schools in a given geographic area. Here are some details regarding the position:
- Approximately 20 weeks of work per year in our distribution center
- 24 weeks of field work in your geographic area hiring and recruiting buying teams (Mar/Apr/May and Oct/Nov/Dec)
- Approximately 8 weeks of vacation
- Range of total cash compensation: $35,000-$60,000
- Health insurance provided by the company upon hire
- Eligible for 401(k) after one year of service
While we have a strong preference for hiring internal candidates, we will also consider applicants from outside the company. If you know of anyone who may be successful as a Regional Director, we would like you to pass along this opportunity to them. If your referral results in Belltower hiring the applicant and the referral remains employed for six months, we will pay you $1,000. Please note that this incentive only applies to candidates who have never worked with Belltower in the past.
Our interview process begins with an applicant reporting to the distribution center upon graduation. The candidate will work with our existing team for a period of weeks to determine if there is a good fit. The candidate will be paid competitively during the application period. A formal offer will be extended to successful applicants at the end of June 2012.
